Recipe Development For Bloggers

 My 30 years as a classically trained chef working on both coasts of the United States and around the world has given me the opportunity to design many different types of menus. I am happy to share my experience with you.

These are the critical components of my recipe/dish design philosophy:

  • I work with whole foods, nothing processed. I am a firm believer that you let the ingredients speak for themselves, whether you’re cooking, eating, or photographing.
  • I cook/design with the seasons, as I feel it’s the natural way to produce great food.
  • I will design recipes with you with your target audience in mind.

I have deep experience with many different cuisines; Regional American, Farm to Table, classic and bistro-style French, as well as specialized training in the style of the Italian provinces of Liguria, Piedmont, Tuscany, and Emila Romagna.
